As a data subject, you have the rights listed below, which you can exercise at any time under the reporting regulations. It is about:

• The right to access your personal data: if you want to know if Tricksfx processes personal data about you, you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, you also have the right to access your personal data.
• The right to correct inaccurate and untrue personal data: if you believe that Tricksfx is processing inaccurate and untrue personal data about you, you have the right to request their correction. Tricksfx will carry out the repair without undue delay, subject to technical possibilities.
• Right to erasure: if you request erasure, Tricksfx will erase your personal data if (i) they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or (iv) Tricksfx's processing is not imposed by law.
• The right to restrict the processing of personal data: in the event that you are not interested in erasure, but only in the temporary restriction of the processing of your personal data, you can ask Tricksfx to restrict the processing of your personal data.
• The right to data portability: if you want Tricksfx to transfer your personal data, which it processes on the basis of your consent or on the basis of a contract, to a third party, you can exercise your right to data portability. In the event that the exercise of this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties, Tricksfx will not be able to comply with your request.
• Right to object: you have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is processed for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of Tricksfx. In the event that Tricksfx does not demonstrate that there is a serious legitimate reason for the processing that outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms, it will terminate the processing based on your objection without undue delay.
• The right to appeal to the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (www.uoou.cz), to which you can lodge a possible complaint.

In the case of repeated or apparently unreasonable requests to exercise the above-mentioned rights, Tricksfx will be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the exercise of the given right, or to refuse its exercise. We would inform you of such a procedure.
